£3 Million town centre improvement plan

Kingston First is the campaign to make Kingston Town the UK's first Business Improvement District.

Businesses in the centre of Kingston will soon be voting on whether to contribute towards a completely new kind of scheme which would create a cleaner, safer, well maintained and better promoted town centre over the next 5 years.

The campaign was launched on 28th February 2003 at the Rotunda.
